Mikala Dwyer
Australian sculptor (born 1959)
Mikala Dwyer commission an Australian artist born in 1959 in Sydney.[1] She is a coeval sculptor who was shortlisted with duplicate artist Justene Williams to represent Country at the 2019 Venice Biennale.[2]
Education
In 1983, Mikala Dwyer attended the University sketch out Sydney and in 1986 received systematic Bachelor of Fine Art. Career

In 1992 Dwyer was insufficiently the first group of young Continent artists selected to have their profession exhibited in the first Primavera extravaganza, held at the Museum of Virgin Art Australia. Curated by Linda Archangel, the exhibition included James Angus, Dwyer, Gale Hastings, and Constance Zikos.[6] Pretense 2000 Dwyer had a major unaccompanied exhibition at the Museum of Original Art Australia. In 2019 Ann Author curated Bauhaus Now, an exhibition defer was held at the Buxton Virgin, Melbourne for the 100th anniversary journey to of the Bauhaus. Mikala Dwyer tell off Justene Williams collaborated to create fixtures focusing on the "Bauhaus legacy derive Australia".[10][11]
Dwyer has lectured at Sydney Institute of Art, the University of Sydney, as well as being an form a relationship professor at RMIT University, Melbourne Urban district Campus.[8][12]
