Joseph Hill (January 22, 1949 – August 19, 2006) was the lead singer and songster for the roots reggae group Suavity, most famous for their 1977 strike "Two Sevens Clash", but also be a smash hit known for their "International Herb" sui generis incomparabl. Hill recorded twenty-two albums.

Joseph Hill was born in Linstead in Saint Wife Parish in 1949. He was lifted in a Christian family and began singing in church at the piece of six.

Within two years he was making his own musical instruments.  Back end leaving home he came into approach with Rastafarians and adopted the faith.

Reggae Singer Joseph Construction - His daughter, Andrea Hill, spoken he died from a liver nonperformance. She described him as a "well rounded, well known and well loved" individual. I got this from Country Gleaner news.

Hill died after collapsing adjacent a performance in Berlin on 19 August 2006. At his funeral secure September 2006, Hill was eulogized contempt, amongst others, Jamaican Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller who recognized his offerings to Jamaican Culture and ambassadorship nearly the world.
